| TO SAVE THE JPG FILE: Once the application window comes up, just RIGHT CLICK on it. A small window will pop up with a list. Most PCs will say "SAVE PICTURE AS" or something similar. Just click on that choice and a window like the one on the left will come up. It will give you choices as to what to name your new image (we have named them winter, spring, summer or fall app or applications already) AND where to save it. If you don't know how to change the location you save to, don't worry, just remember where the computer default is ----(see big red circled area to the left here). Most home computers come with some type of image program, like Photoshop Elements, Kodak Imaging, etcetera. If you just left click or double click on the file once you have saved it - the computer will open the file in your default imaging program and you should be able to print it from there.
TO SAVE THE WORD FILE: Once the application window comes up, chose the FILE menu, then click "SAVE AS" and a window like the one on left will come up. You can then rename the file and choose where to save it. Then go to the saved file and double click it and it will automatically open up in Microsoft Word. If you have an older version than Word 2000, you might lose formatting and should probably use the JPG method instead.
